Information obtained by Baby Farm Group®️ will be collected lawfully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) With changes implemented in May 2018 under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) this gives individuals the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data, which includes the collection of health information. This will be covered in further detail during your first consultation.

Consent

By filling in the enquiry form on this website, you are giving your consent to Baby Farm Group®️ to hold your personal information and to make contact. How we make future contact will be agreed during your consultation. By signing the initial consultation form during your first visit, you are giving your consent for us to hold your personal information. The information which you supply on the forms will be held together with any clinical records or purchasing information, as applicable. We use your information to give you the best possible service and for insurance purposes.

Email marketing

We do not send out email marketing.

Storing your information

Your information is stored in our locked offices at all times.

Retaining your information

We are required by law to retain adult records for eight years following our last date of contact and will destroy them according to the law.

Accessing your information

Your records are accessed for clinical purposes. We will never share your information without your permission – it will be kept strictly confidential unless there are legal grounds for me to disclose something which you have told us to a third party. We will always inform you if we feel that disclosure is necessary and seek your permission first. With your agreed and written consent there may be instances where your medical information may be shared by the various healthcare providers involved in your on-going care and treatment.

Complaints

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with how we manage your data, please raise your concerns with us first, so that we can seek a resolution. If following this you are still not satisfied, then you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). This privacy policy is effective from the introduction of GDPR on 25th May 2018.
